40' x 40' tent

The 40' x 40' tent set-up can be configured to accommodate:

• Sit-Down Dinner 120 – 160 guests, uses 5-foot or 6-foot round tables; includes space for aisles.

• Buffer-Style Dinner 130 – 160 guests, allows room for food stations and service aisles.

• Cathedral / Ceremony 200 – 220 guests, rows of chairs facing an altar or stage.

• Cocktail / Standing 250 – 320 guests, open space with minimal seating, high-top tables.

Two 20' x 40' tents are combined and connected to create a 40' x 40' tent. Tables and chairs can be rented for an additional fee.
